Email consent and abuse prevention
Anti-spam Policy
Time Plan does not permit unsolicited, misleading, abusive, promotional bulk, purchased-list, rented-list, or scraped-list email.
1. Transactional email only
Time Plan uses email for account verification, password reset, workspace invitations, user-configured task reminders, billing notices, security notices, service notices, and direct support. Time Plan does not use Amazon SES for cold outreach, lead generation, purchased list campaigns, rented list campaigns, scraped recipient lists, newsletter blasts, affiliate promotions, or third-party offers.
2. Recipient address sources
Recipient addresses must enter Time Plan only through first-party product use: account registration, password recovery, user profile settings, workspace invitations sent by authenticated users with invite permission, notification preferences, billing relationships, or support requests.
Time Plan does not collect device address books, import CSV marketing lists, scrape websites, buy lead lists, rent recipient lists, or use third-party co-registration lists.
3. Unsubscribe and preference controls
Optional reminder or digest email must provide clear controls to disable future messages. Users can disable email reminders globally, at workspace level, and at task level where applicable. Optional topics include unsubscribe controls and List-Unsubscribe support where applicable. Security-critical account email, such as password reset or email verification, is sent only when requested and is not promotional.
4. Bounce and complaint handling
Hard bounces, spam complaints, and unsubscribe events are treated as stop-sending signals. Addresses that bounce or complain are added to suppression controls and excluded from future non-essential email. Soft bounces are retried conservatively and stopped after repeated failure.
Abuse and complaint reports sent to abuse@timeplanpush.com are reviewed and actioned as quickly as possible, normally within one business day.
5. Prohibited conduct
- No purchased, rented, scraped, harvested, or third-party lists.
- No CSV marketing imports, bulk lead uploads, affiliate offers, or third-party promotions.
- No deceptive subject lines, sender names, reply addresses, or links.
- No phishing, malware, credential harvesting, harassment, or unlawful content.
- No repeated invitations or reminders after a recipient has opted out, complained, or requested no further email.
6. Reporting abuse
Report unwanted Time Plan email to abuse@timeplanpush.com. Include the full message headers when possible so the report can be investigated.
