Privacy Policy

1. Privacy-first commitment

Time Plan does not collect personal data for advertising, behavioral profiling, resale, lead generation, cold outreach, or third-party marketing. We do not buy, rent, scrape, harvest, import, or share third-party contact lists.

Time Plan processes only the minimum information needed to provide the service, secure accounts, deliver user-requested reminders, send transactional account email, and comply with abuse-prevention obligations.

2. What we do not collect

We do not collect contacts from a user's device address book, calendar contents outside Time Plan, precise GPS location, microphone data, camera data, browser history, advertising identifiers, or cross-site tracking data.

We do not use tracking pixels for marketing campaigns, and we do not build advertising profiles from account, workspace, task, reminder, or email activity.

3. Minimum service data

To operate the product, Time Plan may process account and service information that the user provides or that is required for a requested feature: email address, name, authentication credentials, language, timezone, workspace membership, notification settings, task reminders, billing status, and support messages.

For email delivery and security, Time Plan may process technical records such as verification tokens, password reset tokens, session identifiers, push tokens, delivery events, bounce events, complaint events, suppression status, and security audit logs. These records are used only to deliver transactional email, protect accounts, diagnose delivery, prevent abuse, and honor stop-sending signals.

4. Private content and encryption

Task, note, reminder, and workspace content is treated as private user content. Time Plan does not read private user content for advertising, sales, marketing, profiling, or unrelated product analysis.

Data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS and encrypted at rest in production storage. Passwords are never stored in plain text; they are stored only as secure password hashes. Authentication and reset tokens are time-limited and stored or compared using secure token handling.

Where end-to-end encryption is enabled for private content, encryption keys are controlled by the user and Time Plan cannot decrypt that content. Operational access to production systems is restricted, logged, and limited to the minimum access required for security, reliability, legal compliance, or user-authorized support.

5. Email communication

Time Plan sends transactional email only. Examples include email verification, password reset, workspace invitation, user-configured reminders, billing notices, service notices, security notices, and support responses.

Time Plan does not send cold outreach or promotional bulk email through Amazon SES. Optional reminder or digest email can be disabled through notification preferences or unsubscribe controls where applicable.

6. Sharing and processors

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share personal data with advertisers or data brokers. We use service providers only as needed to operate Time Plan, such as hosting, database infrastructure, payment processing, push notification delivery, and email delivery.

Service providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use Time Plan data for their own marketing, advertising, profiling, or resale.

7. Retention and deletion

Time Plan keeps service data only for as long as needed to provide the account, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, process billing, prevent abuse, and honor suppression requests.

Users can request deletion of their account and associated service data. Email suppression records, bounce records, complaint records, and security logs may be retained only as needed to prevent further unwanted email, protect the service, or satisfy legal and operational obligations.

8. User choices

Users can update account information, notification preferences, workspace settings, and task-level reminder settings from within the application. Users can disable optional reminder email and can request access, correction, deletion, export, or restriction where applicable.

9. Children

Time Plan is not intended for children under 13 and should not be used to knowingly submit information from children.
